The T. Hurt Construction Team has a wide range of education and experience that helps to set our company apart from others. We are proud of their accomplishments and encourage continued education so that we can stay on the leading edge of our industry.
Terry has over 26 years of experience in the construction field with expertise in both commercial and residential concrete, home remodeling, commercial and residential total property maintenance, and garage and home addition construction. Terry possesses an Associate of Science Degree in Engineering Technology/Construction Management from the University of Nebraska. He is responsible for all initial project estimating. After completing a 16-week course and passing a final, comprehensive exam, Terry became a Certified Remodeler (CR) through the National Association of the Remodeling Industry (NARI). He has also passed the Class B Residential License test in the State of Iowa.
Andy is the most recent addition to the T Hurt team. He is originally from the southeast having been raised in North Carolina and living in Georgia for 20 years during and after college. He has a Bachelor of Science degree in Industrial Management and a Master of Science degree in Management, both from Georgia Tech. He comes to us with over 23 years of project management experience in a wide variety of industries. In parallel to this work, Andy also managed his own renovation and rental property business in Georgia and Florida before moving to Nebraska.
Sara joined T Hurt in 2008. She has a Bachelor's Degree from the University of Nebraska, Kearney, specializing in Kitchen and Bathroom Design. Sara is one of our in-house designers and works with most of our clients to finalize plans and product selections. She also acts as project manager on selected projects. Finally, Sara is responsible for much of the marketing and promotion efforts at T Hurt Construction.
